I, as a Mortgage Consultant, specialize in assisting clients with Pre-Approval, Refinancing, Debt Consolidation, First time home buying needs, 2nd private mortgage. And other tailored mortgage solutions. I service entire Fraser Valley & Greater Vancouver area. During these years of work, I have made a good relationship with lenders, underwriters, and fellow mortgage brokers. This helps me close deals quickly and to the satisfaction of my clients.

I started my career in Technology with Dell Computers in 2003 and worked in many of their departments like Customer Care, Technical Support and Financial Services. This gave me an enormous exposure dealing with clients in a wide variety of fields and resolving their concerns to their satisfaction. I immigrated to Canada in 2009 and started working Rogers Wireless as a Store Manager. This again gave me lot of exposure and helped me making new friends, contacts and better understanding the Canadian Culture and the Market. I also gained a lot of exposure to the Canadian market when I started my Trucking Company in 2012. It was a learning experience dealing with companies like Loblaws, Save on Foods to haul their time sensitive perishable foods. I moved to real estate as a Realtor in 2021 and thereafter as Mortgage Consultant full time.

I have been an active Volunteer with the City of Abbotsford & Abbypd since 2010. I like to work with the community and give back to the community as much as I can. I have volunteered with Organizations like Help in Suffering, headquartered in Australia, for the welfare of street animals requiring medical aid wherever required. In addition, I have my bachelor’s degree in commerce from The University of Rajasthan, India, and did my Computer Science from IBM, India.
